Shipping & Delivery

Where we ship: Switzerland, France, International (outside Europe)

Delivery times:

  • Switzerland: 2–4 business days

  • France: 4–6 business days

  • International: 5–12 business days (up to 3 weeks max)

Times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs, holidays, or exceptional events.

Shipping costs:

  • Switzerland: Free for orders over 65 CHF, otherwise 7 CHF

  • International: 9 CHF

Tracking & Carrier:

  • Main carrier: La Poste

  • All parcels are tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order is shipped.

Insurance:

  • All parcels are insured against loss or damage during shipping.

  • We are not responsible for delays or incidents caused by the carrier.

Customs & Taxes:

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties, which are the customer’s responsibility.
