Your order is not accepted until 1PROTOTYPP confirms acceptance. Payment must be received and processed before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance. If we reject, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time of purchase.

Purchases may be returned or exchanged only in accordance with our Refund Policy. You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal or domestic use, not for commercial resale or export.

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time of order and will be reflected in your order confirmation email. We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to you.

1PROTOTYPP is powered by Shopify. Sales and purchases occur directly with 1PROTOTYPP. You acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions, including damages, losses, or issues from products or services purchased. You release Shopify from all claims relating to your purchases or transactions.
